How consent works here
Google Analytics runs in a consent-controlled mode. Whether it may set cookies before you make a choice depends on your region — see Regional defaults below. Where consent is required first, it runs without cookies and without identifying you individually until you accept. When you decline, no analytics cookies are set and any analytics cookies previously placed by this site are cleared.
Microsoft Clarity is governed by the same regional rule as Google Analytics, and is not loaded ahead of your choice where consent is required first.
Because the consent state itself must be remembered, the site stores your choice in your browser's local storage. That entry is strictly necessary for the consent mechanism to function and is not used for any other purpose.
Categories
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work and for form submission integrity. These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function reliably without them.
Analytics. Optional. Used to understand which pages and product categories are relevant to visitors, in aggregate. Whether these are active before you make a choice depends on your region; declining them stops them from being set and clears what is already there.

Inquiry forms are processed by a third-party form service, which may set short-lived technical storage while a submission is being relayed. This storage is part of the submission itself rather than tracking.

Analytics data is used to understand site usage and improve the site. It is not used to show you advertising, and we do not sell it. Where a service supports it, IP addresses are handled so that they are not retained in full by us.
Regional defaults
Where consent is required before analytics cookies may be set — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — analytics begins in an off state, cookies are only set once you accept, and a consent banner is shown so the choice can be made. In other regions analytics begins in an on state by default, as permitted there, no banner is shown, and you can turn it off at any time from the footer preferences control. A saved choice always takes effect, wherever it was made.
Microsoft Clarity follows the same regional rule as Google Analytics.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences control in the footer of every page, which reopens the preferences panel and lets you accept or decline analytics. Withdrawing consent stops analytics cookies from being set and clears those already placed by this site.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking future ones. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how parts of the site, such as the inquiry form, behave.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the tools we use change. The current version is always published on this page.
